I have experience working as a psychologist with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents. As a TEAM-CBT, integrative therapist, I work with you and/or your family to uncover behaviors and patterns of thinking that negatively impact the way you feel and subsequently the way you interact with the world. Together, we collaborate on identifying your goals for treatment and we work to help you uncover what you want and what might be holding you back. While we can’t always control what happens in our lives, we can work together to better understand your role and resolve challenges in your life that encourage you to take control. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques from CBT, TEAM CBT, exposure therapy, family systems therapy, strengths based therapy, mindfulness training, and dialectical behavior therapy, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns and/or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
